Director of Clinical Research

Lora Pea joined Olympian Clinical Research in 2012. She has held previous positions as a clinical research coordinator, neuropsychiatric rater and research site director. She has been conducting clinical research since 2006 and she became a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator through the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) in 2008.

She attended the University of Georgia in Athens, GA where she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2005. She subsequently attended Hillsborough Community College where she received an Associate of Science in Nursing in 2011.

Lora Pea maintains certification in Good Clinical Practice and the Protection of Human Subjects through Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative. She has conducted numerous research studies in the following areas: depression, anxiety, insomnia, Alzheimer’s disease, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, osteoarthritis, chronic pain, migraines, diabetes, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, opioid induced constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, GERD, weight loss, birth control, anemia, rheumatoid arthritis, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, hidradenitis suppurativa and pruritus.
