Cheryl O’Neill joined Olympian Clinical Research in 2015. She has held previous positions as a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator, Neuropsychiatric Rater, and Clinical Research Associate. She has been conducting research since 2007 and she is certified as a Clinical Research Coordinator through the Association of Clinical Research Professionals.
Cheryl attended the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She maintains certification in Good Clinical Practice and the Protection of Human Subjects through Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI). She has conducted research studies in the following areas: Alzheimer’s Disease, Atrial Fibrillation, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Bipolar I Disorder, Chronic Low Back Pain, Cognitive Functions in Elderly, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Hypercholesterolemia, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Major Depressive Disorder, Mild Memory Impairment, Nonmalignant Pain, Opioid Induced Bowel Dysfunction, Osteoarthritis, Overactive Bladder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Schizoaffective Disorder, Schizophrenia, Type I Diabetes Mellitus, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
